Booking And cancellation Policies

Refundable Policy

Travelers who cancel 1 week or more before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.


Non Refundable Policy

Travelers who cancel less than 1 week before 6:00 PM EST on the day of check-in (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.

Travelers who cancel at any time during their booked reservation, (including no-shows) are charged 100% of the booking amount.


  • Pets are not allowed except the pet friendly rooms;
  • Parking - there is one parking spot included with each reservation. any extra space will cost an extra $20/night
  • Noise/silence times is 10 pm to 8 am
  • Smoking PENALTY- if there is a sign of smoking inside the room , $500(Rooms)/$1000(House) security deposit will not be return back.
  • Security deposit: $500(Rooms)/$1000(House)
  • LATE CHECK OUT. Subject to availability.
